All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.
Please choose your items carefully as we cannot provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind.
If you do need to return a faulty item to us please email us at info@boxitup.co.nz and we will provide you with the necessary details. |
