What is your Shipping Policy?

We do endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, so chances are it will arrive earlier, but just in case please use these timeframes as a guideline. Some of our items require delicate wrapping, packaging and transport - so we just need to allow for that.
Please allow 2 - 3 working days for your order to be delivered.
Rural deliveries please allow for an additional 2 days.
Sorry, but we do not provide a delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
If you require an urgent service please let us know - we are always keen to help if we can.
Please ensure your delivery details provided are complete and correct. Box It Up cannot be held repsonsible for any delays in receiving the goods if there are issues with the delivery details.
